Supplier Qualification and Contracted Procurement

For buyers bringing on a new salt supplier within their supply chain, our sales team can support the standard supplier qualification process, including a qualification questionnaire, export references, and requested corporate documentation.

For recurring customers, we offer an annual supply contract or a framework agreement with fixed commercial terms for an agreed period, with quantity flexibility on individual orders within that agreement.

Each shipment can be accompanied by a batch-specific certificate of analysis (COA) and, on request, a certificate of origin. Batch traceability is maintained from production through to shipment, enabling retroactive tracing when needed for your own quality-control processes. For seasonal and tender-based purchasing by councils and highway maintenance services, a framework agreement covering planned seasonal usage can be arranged in advance

For new orders or specification changes, sample approval is available before full production is confirmed. Standard commercial terms include a minimum order quantity (MOQ), an indicative lead time, and Incoterms set per quotation. Shipments are organised as full truckload or container load, with pallet configuration and storage conditions adapted to your needs. If the product specification changes materially, customers with an active agreement are notified in advance.
